What we collect

When you book an appointment online we collect only what we need to arrange it:

• the patient's name, age and gender, and a parent/guardian's name for children;
• your mobile number and email address;
• the type of visit, the date and time, and, if you choose to share them, your area of concern and a short note.

How we use it

• to schedule, confirm, remind you about, reschedule or cancel your appointment;
• to contact you about your appointment by email, phone or WhatsApp;
• to prepare for your consultation.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only Dr. Leena Parihar and authorised clinic staff can see your booking details. We use an email provider and, where enabled, WhatsApp to send appointment messages. They receive only what is needed to deliver each message.

How long we keep it

Appointment records are kept for as long as needed for your care and the clinic's legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your booking information at any time. Contact the clinic at R-509, Mahalaxmi Nagar Main Road, Indore.
